The units does have Iron/ironing board but (No washing machine in this unit) There are laundry facilities in the complex near the pool area. You can enjoy the swimming pool and tennis court facilities, please note you will need to bring your own rackets and balls. Front patio has an outdoor setting area to sit back and relax while watching our beautiful sunsets . This Unit is in a excellent location, no stairs and fantastic view of the river and Marina you can sit back and watch the world go by.
