The main living area inc Living/Dining and kitchen areas are all downstairs & all 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs. Large screen smart TV and DVD player. Well stocked small kitchen inc Microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, Air fryer & slow cooker in a renovated kitchen. This Unit has a new front loader washing machine for your convenience as well. The complex has a large swimming pool, share gas BBQs and tennis courts are available to use . You will need to bring your own rackets and balls & Beach towels. The unit has a spiral staircase to bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Small private front patio area with outdoor table setting to sit relax and enjoy the scenery with the Jetty & Marina across the road you can watch the fishing boats come in from sea check out their catch and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. All units are Privately owned. There is only1.5 car bay parking for this and all units. Limited Spare parking is available on site. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
