Excellent location and facilities. Peaceful surroundings. However, no bin for recycling.

In the main the property was great for an extended family 3 generation holiday! A couple of suggestions would be: 1. To have the outdoor dining setting on the balcony upstairs to benefit from the evening sunsets with a bbq instead of the grandstand seating which really only gave views into the neighbouring accommodation! 2. The front door fly screen was dusty and dirty which wasn't the most welcoming start but overall indoors was clean. 3. A towel and a cleaning cloth in each bathroom and the upstairs loo would be handy too. 4. Check the gas pipe on outdoor area downstairs as we couldn't sit outside due to the smell of gas. Otherwise kitchen appliances, accomodation, tvs, games, toys, books for kids etc. excellent.

Place was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Two suggestions: when you have six people staying in the house for a few days more toilet paper is required and more rubbish bags. But otherwise we had a great time.

the house was in amazing condition when we had arrived. perfect view for the river so was lovely to wake up in the morning and look at the sunrise
