We look forward to your arrival in Kalbarri and hope you enjoy your stay.
CHECK IN:
Your holiday property will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Keys & Map to your property can be collected from our office at 62 Grey Street Kalbarri.
OFFICE HOURS: 9am - 5pm
LATE ARRIVAL:
For guests arriving after office hours, keys & map to your accommodation will be in the key safe LHS of the office door at 62 Grey Street for late arrival on the day.
SECURITY CODE: This will be text to your phone between 9am and 5pm on the day of arrival.
If not received please call the after hours emergency phone number - [hidden according to Airbnb content policy]*LATE ARRIVALS PLEASE NOTE:
Kalbarri IGA opening hours are 7am - 6pm, 7 days a week.
Most hospitality venues / Takeaway kitchens in Kalbarri operate till 8:30pm.
If you arrive late, please keep this in mind to avoid disappointment and hungry tummies.
By making a booking with Kalbarri Accommodation Service via websites, partner sites, phone or in person you are accepting KAS’s Term and Conditions, Credit Card Saving Policy, Privacy Policy, Website Disclaimer, SecurePay Policy and COVID-19 office and booking policy.
GUEST REGISTRATION FORM or Credit Card Details- Will be required if you have NOT paid by credit card.
If you have paid by credit card then this will act as your acceptance of our Terms & conditions and it will also act as your bond for extra cleaning or damage charges if warranted.
The key needs to be returned to OUR OFFICE by 10am on your departure day.
CHECK OUT RULES:
Check-Out Time is 10AM
Late departure without prior approval may result in an extra day charge to your held credit card bond.
All keys must be returned to our office between 9am and 5pm or after hours in the red letter box located on the wall next to the Ray White Kalbarri office door.
Guests agree to clean and return the dishes, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and all other kitchen items to their original places.
Dishes are not to be left in the sink or dishwasher.
Guests agree to remove rubbish from within the property into the appropriate rubbish bin/s provided.
Any excess rubbish must be removed from the premises and taken to the tip.
Guests agree to make sure there is not a sandpit on the floor and must clean any sticky messes on floors and surfaces.
The cleaners will also do the floors after vacate whist checking the property.
Please DO NOT make your beds, the cleaners will do this for you.
Should additional cleaning be required for any of the items listed above a fee of $50 per hour will be charged to your saved credit card.
Guests agree that any damages incurred during your stay will be charged to your saved credit card. Should the damage be excessive or malicious we reserves the right to lodge a police report and/or proceed with charges.
REBOOKING RULES:
Did you know we have a holiday rebooking program for the school holidays?
You get first priority to rebook and stay at the SAME property for the SAME time next year.
We block out all peak dates to enable guests to rebook during their stay if they wish.
If you want to rebook for next year you must contact us prior to your departure.
If you do not rebook your dates for the next year during your stay, those dates will then be made available to the Wish List guests or released to the general public.
All guests are responsible for their own rebookings.
