It's a wonderful place. Mark was very responsive and Mercy helped us with checking in. We had trouble getting there due to the terrain. It's only good for a 4wd or a car with a high chassis. We loved our stay and Mercy was really helpful since we had car trouble due to terrain and having a low chasis car, so she came for us. That was really nice! The only issue we experienced was with the security guy who checked us in. While it is clearly indicated that check out is at 11am, and even Mercy mentioned it during check in, this guy came at 10:20am to kick us out. He said that check out was at 10:30am, and added that they needed to clean up since the next guests were checking in at 12pm, which was a bit confusing for us. He even stood by the door to wait us out and we had to ask him to give us time to finish up with packing. Anyway, it is a serene place however, the treatment during check out left a horrible experience for us.
