I was in town for a global event and the place could not have been better for my needs! Less than 15 minutes walk to the nearest train station and 40 minutes walk to the airport. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, even allowing me to drop my luggage early. The space was as described, clean, quiet except for a little road noise, and had everything I needed. The place was also located in the back of the building with a courtyard gate and the door so the residence, so that made me feel safe going in and out. Would definitely stay again!

Fabienne is a fantastic host. Very responsive. Great communication despite my bad French, we found a middle ground in English. Located close to train station (which you will need to travel into the touristy parts of central&old Nice). Easy access to neighbourhoods like Antibes, Cannes, Eze. The ‘beach’ near the bnb is more like a port and harbour, however the beaches in central Nice are lush. The studio is exactly as the pictures. Plenty space for a solo traveller or couple. Modern bathroom interior. Would recommend a stay here, it’s very safe and peaceful. Just be mindful of needing to commute to central Nice by train, if that’s something which interests you.
