East Park has no immediate neighbours so you'll be guaranteed privacy during your stay. The house is situated at the end of a working croft so you can expect to see some sheep in the adjacent field, as well as plenty of local wildlife. Birds of prey are regular visitors and if you're lucky you may get a sighting of our resident pine marten.
There is an abundance of walks, trails and natural sights to see in the area including the Black Water Falls which are only a short walk from the house. Waterfalls are not in short supply so you'll be sure to tick off a few, including Rogie Falls which is a popular spot to watch the Salmon run in late summer/ Autumn.
The Ben Wyvis Nature Reserve is just a few mins drive away if you are keen to bag a Munro during your stay. We also have a fantastic natural play area just down the road at Little Garve where the kids can burn off some energy, as well as a local wild swimming spot for the more adventurous.

Garve is accessible via train and bus but East Park is just under 3 miles from the train station so we recommend you have a car, particularly if you are to enjoy all of the local sights that the Highlands have to offer. There is plenty of parking available at the house.
The nearest convenience store is 8 miles away in Contin (also the nearest fuel station) and larger supermarkets can be found in Ullapool and Dingwall. Tesco / Asda also deliver to the house.
