This is a great little flat, cozy, comfortable and well-equipped, in a wonderful location right next door to the grand buildings of the Royal Naval College and a stone's throw from the river. The hosts are excellent, very attentive and responsive. Perfect for exploring Greenwich by foot and close to boats, trains and buses for going further afield.

We didn't get to meet James and Debbie but they were communicative and showed genuine interest. Check-in was flexible and easy. The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 people.

I really enjoyed staying at James' and Debbie's apartment. James was proactive with the preparation for my trip. All the instructions had been sent ahead of time, and easy to follow. Debbie also contacted us and prepared the place to fit the number of guests, as well as preparing a nice small christmas tree for us! (Thank you!). The apartment itself is very nice, homey, and enjoyable to stay - exactly like how it was described and pictured in the airbnb posting. It's a stone throw away from the Royal Naval College and Greenwich park, and not far away from downtown Greenwich, where we could find restaurants and grocery easily. Though in Greenwich, the walk proximity to DLR (Cutty Sark station) made it easy to get to central London. In all, our trip to London was enjoyable and memorable, also because of James' and Debbie's place. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

The tone and timeliness of the communication made you feel like James and Debbie were friends. The location was perfect and everything we needed as a base for our wedding round the corner at Trafalgar Tavern. The flat is lovely with great amenities and the addition of a welcome gift was delightful. We don’t actually live too far away and stayed there as it was convenient for our wedding so whilst we are unlikely to stay there again (not planning another wedding!) we would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a base to visit Greenwich or indeed to explore the rest of London given the great transport links close by.

Lovely little flat right next to Greenwich University. Slightly tricky spiral staircase up to the entrance (for those with any mobility issues or heavy suitcases).
