I came for work and felt very comfortable staying for 1 week- clean spacious house, comfortable bed and bedroom, very well equipped kitchen and great communication with Suzy! :) Also great location, close to public transports! Would stay again!!

Really nice place with lots of space. Public transport is also within walking distance. Room and apartment looks as shown in pictures. Didn’t really see anyone else around in the apartment throughout my stay so had lots of privacy which was nice as well :)

The house is well located in South Yarra and in walking distance to the train station and many cafés and restaurants. The house is stylishly decorated. Suzy was a helpful host and easy to reach. The room is itself small, but nice. The couple that also lives in the house has a very cute rabbit that lives in the backyard. I recommend the accommodation.

The place was conveniently located close to chapel st with lots of amenities within walking distance, however, the property was dirty when I arrived. There was a noticeable smell from the bin which was completely full with rubbish (presumably from a previous guest). The fridge had dated food which is a health hazard. The carpet was also dirty and so were the stairs leading up to the rooms. I arrived at the property at the time of check in and had to wait for the access code which meant waiting outside with all my luggage. There was a young couple also living at the property who seemed unwelcoming to me as a guest and quite hostile. The room did not have a lock which left me feeling unsafe with regard to my valuables and overall was just not a nice experience. I tried to communicate with the host but couldn’t get anywhere. I would not recommend staying here.
