We had a great stay. Most important for this getaway was privacy and still being close enough to go into a town for food. Perfect place for both!

Wonderful peaceful place to stay with great views. Great with dogs. Grassy area to potty them and secluded.

Heat was off upon arrival. It was an icebox. Asked about lighting a fire told yes but there was no kindling. Could not get one started with the large firewood and newspaper that was provided. A remote for heat with no instructions and did not find it til the next morning. Bed was very uncomfortable . Left the next morning and went to a hotel. The Christmas tree farm and sunset were nice. If the place would have had the heat on and was not an icebox we probably would have stayed. It was very disappointing and a bad start to vacation time.

Silence. Beautiful views. Silence. We really, really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Sitting on the lawn and absorbing the sunshine or looking at the stars reminded us how much noise pollution we live with everyday, even in a reasonably quiet town. What a gem. We would definitely recommend this location if what you need is a small kitchen, a hot shower, a comfy bed and picturesque quiet. Once we figured out the finicky woodstove, everything was gravy. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and dog stayed here for a night. Taryn was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was so clean and we felt right at home! 10/10 will stay here again ☺️
