Lovely cottage and ideal location; adjacent to Gourmet Ghetto. The hosts quickly and responsibly responded to all communications; beautiful deer! We definitely hope to return! Thank you, Christopher and Tara!

Christopher’s and Tara’s place was squeaky clean and updated. We have never stayed in a place where the effort to make us comfortable was so evident. This cute and comfy cottage had everything to make us feel at home. We highly recommend the cottage as it’s in a very quiet neighborhood, ample street parking, close to restaurants and popular sites and close to Cal. Stairs are a bit steep, but the heavenly mattress makes the climb well worth it!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Christopher and Tara's cottage. This little, spotless house was exactly as shown. Elegantly designed and filled with light, it was located in a beautiful neighborhood in the Berkeley Hills, a short walk or drive to some delightful restaurants and shops. Christopher and Tara were also extraordinarily welcoming hosts. They responded immediately to all our concerns and questions. Further, they thoughtfully provided everything we needed for our visit of three and a half weeks. Their place has our highest recommendation!

10/10 - the cottage was adorable, clean and homey for our 10 day stay. We worked remotely, cooked and hung out in the cottage, all lovely in this space. Wouldn’t hesitate a second to stay there again for an extended stay.
