This was a great spot to stay with our family. We had myself and my wife, my mother, and our two daughters (9 & 6 y.o.). The location was pretty convenient and was easy to locate with Grab. Xuan was very helpful and gave lots of great recommendations for restaurants and stuff to do in the area. Eggs, bread and water was provided which was great. The apartment itself was well appointed and suited all of us well. At night, the bedroom on the third floor could be quite loud due to traffic. The second level bedroom was further back from the road but closer to a rooster that enjoyed his morning calls. The bathrooms and huge tub were great!

One of our favorite Airbnbs that we have stayed at in Southeast Asia. Duc and Xuan were very communicative and made it really easy to check in. They gave some great recommendations for restaurants, too! The apartment is very comfortable and we appreciated the regular cleaning service. It was the perfect base for us in Hoi A for a week - just a 10 minute drive into the old town and 10 minutes away from the beach. Xuan helped us with renting bicycles, too, which were helpful for getting around town. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends heading to Hoi An! The only thing that might stop you is if you’re a very light sleeper as there can be noise that comes in from the street. This wasn’t too much of a problem for us, though, as the pros of how comfortable the place was definitely outweighed the noise issue!
