Place was great. The bed has a hard mattress and I personally like a softer mattress, but the is my preference. Adam was very responsive and friendly.

We chose Adam's place because of it's cost & location close to another facility where my wife was attending a professional conference. Cost & location spot on. It was off-season in Ocean City, so things were, thankfully, much quieter. One of the bathrooms & the kitchen have been nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. Adam was very quick to update us with information & respond to my questions.

Very nice unit and great owner. The outside of the condo is dated and could use fresh paint and carpet (likely a HOA responsibility) but once inside the unit is great. We would stay there again.

My friend and I stayed here during Oceans Calling and it was exactly what we were looking for! It’s not within walking distance to the boardwalk, but it is within very close proximity of the bus stops for affordable rides. The place was very clean and comfortable. And the best part was that the beach is a short walk directly behind the complex. And I can’t say enough about Adam and Mariana’s impeccable communication! I was very impressed by how responsive and friendly they were. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was our first Airbnb experience and I must say it was excellent. Our host was exceptional with communication. The unit we stayed in was FANTASTIC. Very very impressed with this experience. Thank you Adam
