We loved our stay at John David’s. We found the location to be very good. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. At the end of the day, it was lovely to sit out on the deck. There was a great view down to the water.

John David’s place was a dream stay. So quiet, clean and comfortable. I came out for an intense training block of trail running and the location was beyond perfect. Walk out the driveway and step straight onto the trails. My long day I put in 60 miles on beautiful trails without retracing a step other than the short access trail. Great deli and restaurants a pleasant walk in either direction along the shore. I was on foot from the airport, using BART and the Ferry, but parking and car access would’ve been easy and lots of rideshare and transit options. Will definitely stay again in the future when I need another taste of Marin magic.

This is the third time I have stayed here after having lived in Sausalito previously. I think that says it all. The hosts are great and I’d recommend it to anyone.
