Sausalito is a magical place. the house is a very nice place to stay with a breathtaking view on San Francisco & the Bay Area. Aaron is a great host who is always available to look for solutions that one might need. We had an amazing three months in Atwood Avenue when staying there from January to March 2024 with our two kids of 7 and 9 years old.

This is a beautiful home that is well located near downtown Sausalito with spectacular views of the Bay! The living space, gardens and yard are stunning, and Aaron is a very responsive and helpful host. His house manual and neighborhood guide were above and beyond. We gave the home four stars instead of five due to: - the bedrooms are small and sparse and the bathrooms are outdated - the house is not well lit - hard to read at night - the house doesn’t have great temperature control - no way to cool it down when it’s warm and sunny out Overall we had a great stay and with some of above resolved it would definitely be a 5/5 stay!

I can say we loved everything about our stay in Sausalito. First, the house is magnificent. Beautiful home with the most beautiful views you can imagine. The yard is lush with plants and the jacuzzi at the top of the yard gives a perfect massage with a view of the bay and San Francisco. We walked to town and to restaurants. Aaron was a great communicator and you have detailed instructions for anything you need. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful home.

We can’t say enough good things about this home. The view and proximity to everything made this such an enjoyable stay. The home is beautiful and we hope we can stay here again.
