We had a lovely couple of nights in Richard’s spacious apartment. It was absolutely spotlessly clean. It was really easy to arrange a time to arrive and we were settled in within minutes. The location was perfect for us just round the corner from family but it’s definitely walkable into the centre of Skegness but nice and quiet. 😊

Had a great few days staying at Richard’s place. Location was very quiet and peaceful. The property was spotless and it was nice to have some milk and bread available to make a cup of tea on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery. There was a minor issue in the flat but Richard dealt with this quickly and efficiently so anyone can stay here with the confidence that he is available to rectify any problems that may unexpectedly arise. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed and refreshed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Skegness.

Lovely flat close to all amenities and the town centre. Had everything we needed. Nice comfy beds. Was really quiet too! Would definitely recommend or revisit another time
