The location, views, and hot tub make this a 5. Snowed 6 plus inches on May 8th and we got to enjoy the hot tub during the snowfall.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The view towards Anchorage is stunning and you can see Denali on a clear day! We booked in late April, so we did not see the Northern Lights, however the sunsets over the mountains were some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. William was an amazing host that provided clear directions throughout all steps of our booking. The house is well stocked with everything you would need. We were able to make several family meals in the spacious kitchen. The WiFi coverage was very good throughout the house. This is an amazing house that is about 15-20 minutes away from everything you would need in Anchorage. If you don't feel like driving into town, we were able to use DoorDash. If this place is available for our next trip, we will definitely book again!!

The aesthetics of your house were wonderful! From the gorgeous view, to the awesome decor, and plenty of household supplies and goods. Our host was responsive and accommodating. It's location is one of a kind with easy to access to town, to Turnagain Arm, but yet private and unique. Thank you for sharing your unique and quaint home with us!

The home looked absolutely exactly like the photos, and the views from the front windows were amazing. William helped us immensely when we had some weather-related challenges. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a really great time at William’s house. The place was just as described, and the views were incredible. Communication was excellent and the trip was everything that we had hoped for. Being a short 20 minute drive to downtown was perfect, and we really enjoyed the recommendations that William left. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends!
