We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and the home was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our trip. The new saltwater pool is fabulous and pristine, and the neighborhood was quiet and far away from the busy, louder roads. The drive out to Lido Beach was just 25 minutes and perfect for us. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Sarasota.

Quiet safe neighborhood. Great location (15 min drive to Nathan Benderson Park/University Mall, 15-20 min drive to St.Armonds/Lido Beach). Spacious indoor & outdoor living. AC worked well. Nice firm mattresses. Well stocked kitchen (we cooked most meals at home). 4 beach chairs and beach towels were an added bonus. New pool area w/gas grill is absolutely a huge plus! Privacy fencing/landscaping area around pool. Home is clearly well loved/take care of. Would stay again for sure. Thanks to our hosts!

This is a great house for kids. Lots of books and games! We loved utilizing the outdoor screened in eating area. A few more kitchen and bath towels would have been helpful, but the resources they had for the beach were all nice and good quality. The hosts were extremely quick to get with us and were thorough in any instructions given. We'd love to stay here again if we are back in the area.

Very nice stay. We enjoyed the roominess of the house, good washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, good neighborhood, backyard screened porch, and nice kitchen. Peaceful home and great stay.

It was a perfect fit for our family of seven. We especially enjoyed the private backyard with a swing set.
