The house is in a great location for walking into the city centre, yet very quiet. Well equipped and comfortably furnished. We had an issue with top floor showers and got a speedy response from management company.
Great place for six adults - having a bathroom / shower for each bedroom made it feel like a hotel, but with the benefit of a big kitchen and comfy sitting room. The house is well equipped, easy to live in and close to all Norwich’s main points of interest. The very minor things that would have made our stay even better are i) simple instructions, eg for the cooker, the heating system and the coffee maker available in the house folder; ii) more information about Norwich and Norfolk; and iii) more than one tea towel in the kitchen.
We had a wonderful time at Thomas Wyatt House, the house was so cosy and pretty and perfect for a short stay.

There were a lot of great things about this property. The location is really close to Norwich centre. The house was clean, well equipped and a good space for a group to share. A couple of avoidable issues impacted on our stay. Firstly, although the listing says one car park space is available, there was no warning to let us know that nearby parking for additional cars is just not available nearby. We had to pay for expensive parking far away from the house. This would have been less annoying if we'd known in advance. Also, the heating was on full all night and we could not find any instructions to turn it down, so it was extremely uncomfortable at night. On the whole I think this is a good property for a group, and a great location for visiting Norwich and these issues could easily be avoided with just a little more information provided in advance.
