The location was perfect, very close to the centre. But it was difficult to find it in the beginning. The place is too small. For two persons there is no chance to stay there. You had to crawl to get to the upper floor. The sleeping place was too small. You can get hurt if you are not careful with the head and the height. Internet was so-so. Bathroom almost primitive. Heating works from time to time.

A lovely little place. loved the quirky layout. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and I can understand how it might be tricky to move around if you aren't agile but its a really great place to stay for a nice weekend away!

Quirky but very pleasant and comfortable if you are agile enough to climb into a bed in the rafters and come down a stairs backwards. However, double bed was very large and comfortable. Although there are sleeping facilities for 4 I think it would be overcrowded and difficult to manoeuvre around for cooking, eating and showering. Suited to a young agile family. All mod cons but it would be very tight feeding 4 in the limited space. We were just 2 - grandmother and teenage grandson and it was fine for us. Very clean, well equipped, limited cooking space and washing up in a tiny sink not for the faint hearted. Very much a military operation. Great location for Norwich city. Be prepared for limited cooking facilities -no oven and 2 single portable electric hobs, microwave, toaster and George Forman Grill. We stayed for 2 weeks and have pleasant memories.

Great location and we enjoyed the unusual layout but it could present challenges for some. The hosts were clear about this so if in doubt check with them.

A perfect location, with ample parking nearby. Cosy venue that made such a clever use of space. Will stay again.
