What an absolute gem to stay at! Breathtaking view, from terrace, kitchen, living room and right from bed. What a sight to wake up to. Rooms were perfect for us (2 adults, 4 kids). Also very well equipped kitchen, a huge range of childrens books, games and toys, awesome swimming pool and easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Very warm welcome by the hosts, always ready to help with some tips but also very discreet. LOVED the lemon marmelade they gave us. Railway station only a 10 minute walk, which makes going into Monaco so much easier than going by car. There's also almost direct access to the coastal walking trail, that takes you directly into Monte Carlo. And around the cap martin, which is such a beautiful walk. Railway line passes right under the house, but never disturbed us. They weren't loud and even stopped through the night. so all in all: very much recommended!

Florence’s house is astonishing. It’s beautifully and tastefully appointed with every amenity needed for a medium or long stay. Four comfortable bedrooms with a spacious and comfortable sitting room kitchen and dining area. It feels like a home from home. The real asset lies outside, on the patio area. The view across the bay from Cap Martin Roquebrune to Monaco and beyond is uninterrupted, dramatic and stunning. I never tired of watching the sunrise across the bay with a coffee and a seat in one of the outrageously comfortable lounging chairs. The salt water pool deserves a mention too. An excellent facility to revive the spirits after a hot and humid day. Our hostess Florence and her husband are caring and helpful without being obtrusive. They are very kind people who grew up nearby. Plenty of good advice when asking for hints and tips for places to visit, things to do or local amenities. Overall this by some way the best Air BNB visited to date. Unbelievable VFM.

Wunderbare Villa, sehr gut gelegen und mit eindrücklicher Aussicht. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und wir konnten im Oktober sogar noch bestens baden, obwohl dieser nicht beheizt ist. Die Villa ist sehr gut geeignet für zum Beispiel 2 Familien mit Kindern. Es sind wie zwei Wohnungsteile und in der Mitte der gemeinsame Wohnraum mit Küche. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und es steht ein Grill und mehrere Liegestühle zur Verfügung. Weiter ist auch ein Tischtennistisch für tolle Matches vorhanden. Sehr charmante, zuvorkommende und kinderfreundliche Gastgeber. Kleine Beispiele: Als es einmal bei unserem Aufenthalt regnete, kam der Mann von Florence umgehend mit Regenschirme und Florence gab uns Ausflugstipps für Schlechtwetter. Als die Kinder am baden waren, wurden uns diverse Badeutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch bei sonstigen Fragen unsererseits bekamen wir immer beste Auskunft. Nur knapp 1 Kilometer entfernt liegt Monaco. Gleich am Eingang der Stadt (4 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Casino heisst der Supermarkt) und eine Bäckerei. Für einen gemütlichen Spaziergang kann man unterhalb der Villa an der Küste Entlang bis zum Cap Martin laufen (sehr empfehlenswert). Ebenfalls nur wenige Meter unterhalb der Villa gibt es einen grösseren Strand links und einen kleineren Steinstrand rechts (wunderschön). Sonstige Ausflugsziele wie Menton, Nizza und Cannes sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. In der Nähe von Nizza ist das Marineland zu empfehlen. Dort gibt es Orca's, Delphine und viele weitere Meerestiere und tolle Shows. Es waren sensationelle Ferien an einem traumhaften Ort. Wir können die Villa sowie die Gastgeber mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Florence und Ihren Mann. Familie Huwyler und von Wyl

Nice accomodation with sea view...little disappointed about the train running frequentely in front of the bnb. Pool was nice to cool off in.
