Mark was very responsive, it’s a great location . I just wish there was outdoor space attached to the unit like a balcony or porch. Other than that no complaints.

We had a great experience and you can't beat the value for the money on this place. It was exactly what was promised in the description, had everything we needed and nothing more. Was great to have the fridge and microwave/toaster oven to save on breakfast expenses and keep beverages cold. We made use of the provided beach cooler, towels, chairs and umbrellas as well, which was a huge convenience. The property itself is nice - has two pools and a hot tub and great deck areas (although up a few flights of stairs) and a great view. The room itself does not have a balcony or a view. We ended up getting a rental car and I'd definitely recommend that so you can explore more of the island. Mark was great in communicating everything we needed and was responsive. We'd definitely recommend this property for those looking to experience Turks and Caicos and not wanting to over spend.

Mark was a fantastic host. He provided great restaurant and activity recommendations. He promptly addressed our few concerns with the unit. The location was outstanding - peaceful and amazing views for a fair price.

This was a spontaneous bday trip and I did not want to break the bank on lodging. Mark's airbnb was the perfect price! Also his detailed recommendations are what sold me. Based on his advice my sister and I reserved a car rental. Everywhere we wanted to go was really 10 -12 mins away. We would have wasted so much money on cab fare. The property is on the ground level of a beautiful condo resort. It's perfect for two. The parking lot was steps away from the room. Check in was a breeze. The grocery store was very close for water, wine, and snacks. Every morning we walked a short distance to a cafe down the road for coffee and breakfast. The 2nd day we had an issue with the WiFi and sent Mark a message. He was quick to respond and came by to fix it. He is just as nice in person. We spent most of our time in the Grace Bay area. That area is so cute. On the last day we went to the beach access that's minutes from the condo. It was a sweet goodbye. I'll be back. Thanks Mark!
