The house is large & specious, the bed/ pillows is super comfortable. Liked the hardwood floors. I’ve always received a personal response if I’ve asked the Host a question & that’s part of the b&b experience ! I requested a 30 minute early c/in & received a scripted std. response - it was a no. 3 hosts listed & not even one could send a personal response! Pls. takeout the friendly host statement. I walked in the house @ 3pm & the maid was still cleaning & questioned why I was there @ 3. Kitchen appliances need serious deep cleaning (greasy handles).I ended up wiping down everything with paper towels(no dish towels). Basic kitchen, cheap cookware & utensils, need dish towels, hand soap, pot holders, tongs, no trash bags, warped skillet - needs to replaced. When you provide wine glasses, a wine opener is a given. No body soap, no extra blankets Couch badly stained & must be prof. cleaned. Sketchy area, prostitution happening openly right outside the window. I will not be returning!!

The home was very beautiful and very at home when I was inside. did not like that there wasn't a measuring cup and none of the lids there fit any of the pots/pans, and no pot holders. the bed was very comfy and like I said inside was very nice. in this unit, which is downstairs, you will hear lots of noise from above, plan on getting no sleep. Now for the neighborhood; do not leave anything at all in ur car. be prepared for prostitutes to be out front all day long, be prepared for ur kids to see almost completely undressed women. I am a long time vallejo resident and was well area of this area. I closely follow vallejo's crime there were so many crimes that were going on all around us, literally on our street & 2 blocks down. We stayed for a month. it definitely was our favorite home byt definitely our worst location. it was not just pros&John's, it was other criminals or homeless up and down the street all day. I stayed at Lisa's house for 9 days, just like in your house, everything was considered, but there were minor flaws, the cleanliness was 4 points, the carpets were old and worn, which is actually important for families with children like me. At one point my baby is sitting and lying on the carpet and I can't help it. You can buy a new carpet. Other than that everything was presented, thank you Lisa.
