This is a professionally managed property. If I had to hire property managers for my rental, I would use this company. Property was as described and situated in the suburbs but close enough to everything by car. Two dings for me kept this from being a perfect 5/5: 1. Information that was requested from me prior to check-in (that ended up not being required). Why ask for additional identification outside of the AirBnB platform 2. The shower pressure was horrible. It was really bad (almost gravity fed). Called anchor down and they promised to fix it - it never got fixed. 3. Got an approved early checkin via email, but still had to call in order to access the property. The gentleman I spoke to was unaware of my approved request but handled it promptly.

Beautiful water body front location. Stunning views in the morning. Clean property. There were few minor things that didn’t affected our stay but who doesn’t have them in the house. Host was responsive and all the basic amenities were present for couple of days. Grocery stores are nearby. Starbucks, Walmart are at 2 mins drive. Kitchen had air fryer which was perfect for us with kids. Property is pet friendly so it was great for us to stay with two pups. It’s 30 mins from siesta beach and an hour from Clearwater beach. Lots of stuff you can do for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely recommend it and stay here next time.

The house was gorgeous and exactly as described. The pictures are very accurate to the actual place. Check in and out was very easy and enjoyable.
