Great rental house, right by downtown couer d’alene. An easy walk to the beach, restaurants, resort, etc. Fully fenced in yard which was great for our pup. Everything was tidy and comfortable, and Jacquelyn was generous with setting out snacks and such as a welcome treat!

Jacquelyn’s home was absolutely amazing. With two families and 4 kids (ages: 7,9, & 12) the accommodations and kiddo activities were perfect. The game room was exactly what they needed! Jacquelyn and Emma went above and beyond in so many ways too. For example, we have a child with very severe food allergies. She made sure that the entire home was absolutely spotless, especially in the areas where cross-contamination was of the biggest concern. They supplied the home with snacks for the kids and made sure that they were all things my son could enjoy too— and with allergies to every nut, tree nut, eggs, shellfish and crustacean, that’s a tough task! She did all these things for our family, not having been asked to do it, but out of the goodness of her heart. In addition to that, the home has a lot of charm, super close to downtown, very safe, close to everything you could possibly need or want (grocery store, shopping, gas station, etc). We highly recommend this home!

Pros: Location is great, very quiet neihborhood but 4 blocks to all the action. Very dog friendly with their own water bowls and a dog run outside. Host provided a snack bar, candy chips, lacroix and water in fridge, all the spices you could want, a tea/coffee assortment. If you have kids the downstairs playroom is AH-MAZING. And if you leave the place clean, host will refund cleaning fee, which we got. Never seen that before but a great idea. Cons, definitely need more outlets. Also the upstairs living area is smaller than it looks in the pictures. So with 3 of us it was fine but this is a 4 bedroom place. Unless you want to hang out in the downstairs you will be cramped with more than 4 or 5 people. Overall we would highly recommend this place.

This place was perfect for our family of 7 adults and one 15 mo old. She had games for every age, both indoor and outdoor. The theater in the basement was a treat with an amazing popcorn machine and a huge selection of movies. The house was walking distance to everything we were interested in. Coffee shops, restaurants, hiking, pickle ball, park, water, etc. the beds we’re comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. The large bbq and hot tub were great. We will definitely be back
