House looks just like the pictures. beautiful home, quiet neighborhood. Wasn't too far from any of the activities we wanted to do. The host was very responsive. We weren't able to utilize the pool because it was too cold. I will say that the house needs a deep cleaning. There were things left behind from previous guests, there were strands of hair in different places. There were also a few items on the floor in the garage along with a plastic bag full of garbage. We got a late check out time, but the cleaning ladies came at 9am, which was totally unexpected. Overall, the house was beautiful, the neighborhood was nice, but the house definitely needs a thorough cleaning.

If you're looking for a temporary home, GOODE HOMES has you covered! We offer an open lease agreement, which means we guarantee the home being available to you for as long as you'd like to stay. We simply ask for a minimum 30 day booking and a 2 week notice prior to check out. Please note that our rates include utilities, weekly gardening and pool service. Additional cleaning services, car rentals, your own P.O. box or dry cleaning are available upon request. *We have experience working with insurances and insurance brokers and are here to assist you and the insurance's adjuster with whatever your needs may be.
