Katy’s listing exceeded all our expectations. It is a beautiful and very spacious property, in a wonderful location. The pool and mini golf was a hit with our granddaughter. The kitchen is very well stocked including cooking essentials such as spices, as well as water bottles in the fridge, and a nice selection of Keurig coffee pods. There are more than enough bath and hand towels, as well as wash cloths. Katy and Sergio are the consummate hosts. They resounded to all our questions in a friendly, quick, and helpful manner. An extra plus was that the televisions weren’t only with streaming services, which is what most AirBnBs offer. Everything was spotlessly clean, and believe me I’m a clean freak. If you don’t want to cook or dine out, there are MANY nice restaurants that will deliver. We would definitely stay with Katy and Sergio again. Thank you for everything.

What can I say? The pictures do not do it justice. This home is breathtaking. No detail was left out. Airy, Spacious with the most beautiful decor. Katy/Nancy was responsive, accommodating and provided guidance the entire process. I can’t say enough. Our family enjoyed every minute. Great amenities! Pool (be sure to request heat in advance for a few) Basketball court. Gorgeous patio. Bar. Large Laundry facilities. Beautiful greenery. Gated and secure. Private and quiet. Kitchen is large and stocked WELL!! House was pristine! Well appointed! Appreciate the stocked coffee bar! Convenient to shopping! Just a phenomenal home!!! We had plans outside the house but honestly never wanted to leave the house!!!! Thank you!

Fantastic late booking! - we were let down from another booking so booked this at very late notice. We arrived within an hour of booking and was surprised to see everything was ready to go. The place was super clean, great amenities and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed our work related stay, and we will be looking to book this accommodation again, for other visits to LA. 🙌🏻

Stunning property and a great team behind it. Beautiful & elegant house with masses of space. Fantastic back yard with a luscious pool as well as an awesome basketball court and putting green. My family and I had a super relaxed and fun week in this incredible villa in Northridge. Remote control gates/ garage were a real bonus - the house is set in beautiful gardens/ and driveway. The neighbourhood was really nice too having jogged most days and waved/ spoke with neighbours. To sum up…. Luxury!
