If you’re looking for a fancy place with a tremendous view, then you shouldn’t have come to Alameda, but this place checked all of the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, and my favorite part is Art on the walls!!! It makes the place feel so much more homey, and not like a place that was thrown together for AirBnB. The Art is also very interesting as well. The only thing I would have liked more, would be for things to be more walkable from the unit. The two main drags in town (Park and Webster), were a bit too far for walking. That said there was a great coffee shop named Jays, that was walkable, as well as a waterfront cafe at the Marina which had some delicious food! If you find yourself in Alameda and need a place to stay, you’ll be very happy here.

We were very lucky to get Michelle’s place. We needed to leave another Airbnb unexpectedly and Michelle let us in the same day. The king bed was wonderful and the neighborhood exactly met our needs. Her whole family was so welcoming and accommodating.

Michelle’s place was perfect for us! She greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were all settled, and the place is nice and close by to a number of little corner markets and coffee shops. Sometimes there was a bit of noise from the upper floor, but barely noticeable and never a bother and never late at night. Only mentioning it for anyone who is super sensitive to that. I’d absolutely stay there again!

Michelle's place was perfect for Thanksgiving Weekend visiting our family that lives close by. It is pet friendly and walkable to some bars and short drive to restaurants. Thank you Michelle!
