My family looked forward to our stay, enticed by the property's photos, location, & perfect size for six. Sadly, the reality didn't match. The property is not well-maintained. It looked like it hadn't been mowed or weed-whacked in weeks & bits of trash scattered in the front & back yard. The firepit was rusted & crushed, rendering it unsafe to use. The given entry code was incorrect, though AllSTR was quick to assist. Inside, cleanliness was lacking: dirty walls & grimy doors, & vinyl floors with holes. The bathrooms lacked necessities like soap, trash cans, and even an outlet cover, creating a safety concern. Supplies were scarce—no paper towels, little toilet paper, & one washcloth for the 6 of us. The host did address our supply needs & dropped them off. However, when I later expressed maintenance issues, I was told, "no one has ever said anything & I am not sure how they impacted your stay." It goes without saying, it greatly impacted our stay- both in comfort and experience.

The space available was nice and having a washer and dryer were a plus over a hotel which is our typical plan for tournament weekends, however I don’t believe that we would stay here again. Check-in was a bit difficult as the door code hadn’t been changed to the code it was supposed to be. Texted two different numbers - one of them gave me a new code and the other remotely unlocked the door. Code was never changed while we were there so slight concern of previous guests having the code. Top rack of dishwasher was missing (so unable to do a full load of dishes in it) and kitchen was missing many essentials (strainer, tea pitcher, pepper for example.) There were no extra linens for the spare mattress either, so we had to dress it out with available blankets. We had a tight schedule each day so didn’t want to have to wait around for local manager to fix these things or have them in while we were away. Easy fixes so hopefully owners can take care of these and have a successful rental.

Great location. Home had everything we needed to get started upon arrival. Host was very responsive to queries. Overall, we had a great time!
