We stayed in the apartment at short notice to visit the trade fair at excel. The booking went really well, everything was organized quickly and smoothly. All important information was sent directly with our host via messages. Our host was super friendly and welcoming. We were personally led into the apartment and given a brief introduction. The check out also went smoothly. The location to the trade fair and the O2 Arena is great and you can't complain about the price performance for such a short plannef trip compared to the nearby hotels.

The location is ideal, with the O2 a cable car away. The Royal Victoria Station is a few minutes walk away as well. The check-in process added a personal touch as we were taken to our flat. Basic toiletries were provided and the kitchen and rooms were clean and pleasant. With lots of extra pillows and linens. With a Tesco Express around the corner, we were very satisfied and comfortable.

The apartment is very cozy, clean and warm, ideal for a work trip at the excel convention center. The essentials were also provided: towels, linen, shampoo and soap and even the hairdrier. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed for a week and on our first night of check in we realised heating was not operational (could have been checked before checkin)which led us to spend first night in cold and next day after lots of follow up we were provided with two external heaters . Apartment does require maintenance specially carpet are stained door have marks and Bathrooms need extensive deep cleaning specially the exhausts .Although location is quite good close to train station.The amount of money i paid i expected the service from host to be better as it is managed by a company .
