Cats place was an awesome stay, close drive into DC. Quiet location and the other quest staying were awesome to get along with. If every travelling to Washington DC I would definitely stay at cats place again.

I encountered several issues during my stay. Initially, I booked the Chantilly location, but upon arrival after a 25-mile drive, I was informed that the place wasn't ready ,The host suggested an Arlington location, and with no alternative, I drove an additional 30 minutes to get there. While the location was decent, the room didn't match the provided pictures. The kitchen was unclean, with leftover items. A significant concern arose on the third day when I discovered my car had been scratched or damaged, and despite reporting it to the host, I received a response the next day. The bed had pillows full of hair, the bedsheets appeared used and unwashed, and the outdoor areas were consistently unlocked. Overall, I am truly disappointed with the experience.

Cat’s place was just as advertised. Convenient and in a good location. The place was quiet and the bed was confortable. It’s exactly what we expected. Cat was very responsive and accommodating.

Loved my stay here. Very close to downtown D.C. It was only a 15 minute drive to work. Close to downtown shopping area in Arlington, only a 6 minute drive.
