We have visited family in Sun City Center for many years, but never stayed in this area until recently - what a mistake! Compared to the local hotels, this is a much better value and is also a really nice walkable area with a restaurant/bar, workout room, pool, hot tub etc. This unit with 3BR fit 7 of us comfortably and we even saw manatees in the water out back as well !-).

The house was perfect for our family. It had good sized bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living space. The pool was well maintained and warm. We didn’t think ahead to bring towels so we bought some from a nearby store. The beach was close and litter free. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of pillows to choose from. The balconies were a good place to hang out and have a drink. John was always quick to respond and always helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
