We had an excellent stay ! We loved fishing from the dock and the use of kayaks! The pool + hot tub were refreshing & the kids loved playing a game of pool/darts with the family ! The home was very spacious, with lots of amenities and it was super cozy ! The boathouse was an added bonus ! I loved the outside lights that hung on the front and back porch area ! Everything was extremely clean ! Brock had everything we needed and some ! The only thing I would recommend is a different mattress in the boathouse. Wish we could have stayed longer !! Definitely would recommend 👌

This home was a great place to relax and enjoy everything the house and area had to offer. Very peaceful and quiet, beautiful scenery, high deck to watch sunrise/sets. We loved having the water right there, used the kayack. The water right outside of house is a beautiful preserve with plenty of flat water to explore before hitting the ocean..we really enjoyed the space. The doggy door to the fenced in yard was an added bonus-perfect for my little pups, they played hard lol.

Brock was very helpful and responsive with all questions. House was a great place. Lots to do with the pool, hot tub, game room and the mini golf/putting greens. Would highly recommend Brock as a host.
