We had to find a last minute place and from booking to chrck in it was maybe 45 minutes. They were easy and quick to comunicate with. Home is cute and though we didnt need more than a place to sleep and shower it had a lot of extras from full kitchen to sauna.

Very cozy! Beautiful historic home in a quiet neighborhood. The old- style stairs and upstairs flooring add to the charm! We booked the morning of our stay and wanted to check in a little early. Royce and Lindsey were very accommodating, thanks! Will visit again.

Charming older home , super clean and great location just outside of Springfield that worked out great for us. It is also near the town square and a park near the river which was great for taking the dog for a run. Hosts were flexible with us when we added another couple and then again when we needed a late checkout. A great memory and a good experience.

First experience with an AirBNB and Royce and Lindsey’s place eased my nervousness before ever even showing up. Their communications were always very informative and responses fast. They were beyond accommodating with our stay and all of my questions. The place was perfect for my husband, myself and our two dogs. Clean, comfortable, and very home like. If we ever traveled back to Springfield to compete with our dogs then I know I would go right back to Royce and Lindsey and rent their AirBNB again. I highly recommend them.
