This brand-new two-bedroom apartment is located in Nemira, a quiet little village approximately 4 km away from the medieval center of Omis town and only 200 m away from the nearest beach. Shops and restaurants are all available nearby as well (radius of 200 m). The apartment offers stunning sea views from the apartment itself and the spacious balcony. Free parking is provided on-site. We would welcome a small pet on request. The two-bedroom apartment comes with two double beds and one additional sleeping possibility in the spacious living room (sofa bed). The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, one bathroom and a large balcony with a stunning view of the sea and outdoor furniture / outdoor sitting area.

Super miejsce, blisko do morza, blisko do restauracji i miejsca ze śniadaniami. Jest też sklep także wszystko czego potrzeba do udanego wypoczynku.
Wir waren absolut begeistert. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Haben den Tefal Grill oft benutzt und legen uns jetzt auch einen zu. Die Aussicht ist wirklich jeden Cent wert. Von der Wohnung im 3. OG bis zum privaten Strand sind es exakt 211 Stufen. Nicht abschrecken lassen, der Ausblick und der Strand sind es wert. Ausserdem schadet bisschen Bewegung im Urlaub auch nicht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.
Die Wohnung war super schön mit toller Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Alles ist neu und die Küche war super ausgestattet mit allem was man zum kochen braucht. Ein kleiner Weg führt runter zum Strand, der wunderschön in einer kleinen Bucht gelegen ein tolles Panorama auf die Berge ermöglicht. Omiš ist gleich um die Ecke mit vielen schönen Restaurants und vielen Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Auch unser Kontakt zu Ivona war super und Sie hat immer schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit dort und können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen!
