(Additional parking is allowed on the road) The front porch entry leads to a large open space with 10’ ceilings spanning across the family room, dining area and kitchen. The professionally decorated kitchen offers all modern appliances, including both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker. There is a large waterfall island and rubbed bronze accents. It has both coffee filter maker and a Keurig. The flooring is a luxury vinyl and counters are beautifully veined quartz. This level also includes a first floor master king suite and half bath. Up the stairs is a large loft which serves as a second gathering space with games and entertainment. There is another master suite along with two bedrooms which share a bath. The loft area opens to a large gulf facing deck to enjoy the warm breeze and views. The laundry room also resides on this level.
