Just returned from a fantastic 5-night stay with our two kids (10 and 8) at this cozy, convenient condo virtually across the street from Lift 1 at the Brianhead Ski resort. Shaina was super responsive and we appreciated the detailed check in instructions and directions on how to locate the condo. The space was super comfortable and homey, and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. We especially loved the gas fireplace after a long day of skiing and the living room area was a perfect space for family game nights and movies. We also loved the comfy beds and plush bedding and towels (instead of the skimpy ones you sometimes get in vacation rentals). The location was perfect for us - although we could have walked, it was a quick 1-minute drive to the Lift 1 - which we used as our home base once we got our ski passes the first day. Kids loved the skiing, and had a great time with the provided sleds, which they hiked up the hill in the back every day. We can’t wait to come back!

Shaina’s place was great. The instructions to find the building were clear and concise. Upon arrival the apartment was clean and exactly as the photos presented. The walk to the nearest chair lift is quite literally a 7 minute walk at most, great place would definitely stay again.

A cozy condo for our ski trip. Enjoyed the beautiful view of the Giant Steps mountain out of the large picture window while warming up by the fireplace. Kitchen and amenities were nice. Very close to restaurants and ski lifts. Parking was ample and easy.
