This perfect spot for solo travelers is located just a few minutes walk from South Kensington Tube station. The place looks the same as in the photos and is located on a surprisingly quiet street so noise won't be a problem for light sleepers. From here, you can reach most attractions in London via a short ride on the subway. The shower has good water pressure and the kitchen has a mini fridge which is great if you don't want to leave the place with an empty stomach (there is a minimarket less than a block away, which is very convenient if you want to do some grocery shopping). If you are a solo traveler who is going to spend most of the day exploring the city, I definitely recommend this place. Micheál made the check-in and check out process very smooth with detailed instructions for getting to the place. Would definitely recommend.

my stay was amazing, i felt at home.. Micheál is an incredible host, very attentive and kind, does everything to ensure you have the best experience during your stay!! the flat is very cozy and clean, it also has everything for your stay including personal hygiene products. the location is great.. everything perfect, nothing to complain!!

Had a lovely stay for a week at Michael’s flat in Chelsea! Even though I had been to London many times before, I had never stayed in the Chelsea area and grew to really love the area, which felt very safe (which I was concerned about as a solo female traveler). I am very grateful to Michael for his hospitality and responsiveness. My flight got into London hours before check in and he was super responsive even at 6am and helped me check in as early as possible. My only complaint about the flat (which is totally outside of anyone’s control) is that it’s a ground floor flat, which I didn’t realize when I booked it, and so when people walked by (sometimes very loudly), it could be very disruptive, especially late at night. It didn’t happen often and was unpredictable, but did happen a few times. I’m from NYC so I am used to city noise, but something to keep in mind if you’re particularly noise sensitive. Overall amazing stay and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

When I first stumbled upon this apartment on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. I thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Michael is the most thoughtful host. He provided me with all the information I needed. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and light. The location was incredible. Michael had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. Thanks Michael for such a wonderful time!
