Emplacement très pratique pour aller dans le centre de Londres avec 2 lignes de métro différentes dans la station. Environnement très calme. Logement agréable et spacieux. Petite réserve sur le couchage du canapé pas terrible (surtout si on est 2).

Reception staff were friendly enough, though I’d prefer they didn’t eat lunch on the reception desk. This is only very slightly unprofessional and in isolation not worthy of a mention except that, on this occasion, worse was to come… The apartment itself was as described in terms of size and layout. There is a notable difference in Air B&B ‘homes’ versus serviced apartments. The place was soulless and unwelcoming The main issue is hygiene. The sofa bed which was intended for our children was not clean. The dining table had some unidentifiable white substance on it Finally the radiator in the bedroom was turned to 0 but was pumping out heat full blast We left after 10 minutes and booked a family room at the Premier Inn right across the street for £150 for the night and it was such a good stay!!

This apartment has some fantastic features. The spacious layout and prime location near Earl's Court station (just a 5-minute walk!) are unbeatable. The check-in process was smooth, and the building itself is quite charming. The kitchen was also decently equipped for basic needs and everything was clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, the furniture significantly brought down the overall experience. The sofa beds, in particular, were incredibly uncomfortable and in need of replacement. While the apartment functioned well, a lack of comfortable furniture makes it difficult to truly feel like a "home away from home" – especially considering the nightly rate. A refresh of the furniture, particularly the sofa beds, would make a world of difference. Investing in some stylish and comfortable pieces (Sklum, Ikea, Casa Shop, etc.) would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The place is fine, great location but definitely more for 2 people than 4. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and the place needs maintenance. If you’re not too picky and you’re travelling with 2 people then it’s perfect!
