On the plus side, It’s conveniently located, there was plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and washer/dryer were a plus. However, like the previous reviewer, we had more problems with this rental than any home we’ve rented. Upon arrival a sink and shower were backed up which management took care of that right away. There were cleaning issues which on their own were not a big deal but there were so many (trash left behind, dust balls, ants, crumbs in the silverware organizer, a filthy rug, and the list goes on) that I questioned the overall cleanliness of the house. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. The most annoying issue was the internet. It went out on day 3 and it took 9 days and many messages to Vacasa for it to be restored. When it went out again during the last week, we just used our hotspots instead of going through the tedious process of contacting management. Overall, poorly managed and dealing with Vacasa was frustrating.

Pretty decent house and location. Not impressed with the maintenance and property management . We experienced far more issues than any short term (though this was 40+ days) rental we’ve ever stayed at. Some things we experienced: -temperature adjustment on the oven did not work. We booked the house with full intent on using the kitchen, especially for Thanksgiving. Oven was replaced over two weeks later, not in time for Thanksgiving. I had to reach out multiple times. - towel hanger was unattached from wall in master bath. I made vacasa aware, maintenance guy came out and removed towel hanger. Thus, there was nowhere to hang towels in master bath. Took weeks to repair - went to use grill…. No propane, and no replacement. - after hot tub water became cloudy, I had to call every time it needed service. Also hot tub cover arm was broken, so cover did not uncover all the way. - top rack in dishwasher is broken so dishwasher is half usable - hot water froze to washing machine

Nice house and as described. Be aware that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear things across the house. So be aware of your housemates sleeping schedules! Internet was a bit finnicky at first but called Turnkey and someone was there the next day. Good stove and well stocked kitchen (lots of utensils and pans, probably the best stocked kitchen I’ve come across in AirBnB). Hot tub works and is nice after a long day snowboarding. It is a bit of a walk to the Gondola , but it is simple and gets the blood pumping.

Clean, well taken care of cozy cabin we loved how spacious and comfortable we felt all three days!
