We had a lovely hol on the Warren. We struggled to get in initially but they were very responsive when asked and gave us the correct number for the key box. The place is nice, it suited us and had everything we needed for our stay. Its location on the site is good. Easy to get to the beach and facilities. we did feel for the price we paid that a few small changes could be implemented to make it feel a more luxury stay. Lots of the plates were chipped and scratched. The pans had seen better days with lots of scratches on the non stick. The bin lid was broken, had to be taken off to use, which felt unhygienic and a faff. Not enough small glasses. Some of the furniture was a bit tired and worn. it wouldn’t cost much to improve. We had no hot water for the first couple of days other than one shower, as the boiler was off and we didn’t know how to fix. A plumber did come and fix though on the Monday, and he did try and come Sunday but we were out so he couldn’t get in!
