Die Lage des Hauses und der Gartenbereich sind top. Allerdings ist das Inserat komplett irreführend! Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zwei Häuser und man muss sich den kompletten Aussenbereich teilen. Wir hatten das große Glück, dass das zweite Haus während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht vermietet war. Ansonsten hat man überhaupt keine Privatsphäre und je nachdem welche Nachbarn man erwischt, Glück oder Pech. Bezüglich der Beschreibung muss Novasol unbedingt nachbessern! Außerdem wurde uns zur Kontaktaufnahme eine falsche Telefonnummer genannt. Wir konnten mit niemanden bezüglich der Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe kommunizieren. Vor Ort ist ein Hausmeister-Ehepaar, die sehr freundlich sind, allerdings kaum ein Wort Englisch verstehen. Das macht auch jede weitere Kommunikation schwierig. Die Eigentümer wohnen zeitweise im dritten Haus der Anlage, meiden jedoch jeglichen Kontakt und grüßen nicht einmal. Fazit: eine schönes Haus in bester Lage mit partyfähigem Außenbereich - schlecht beschrieben und unprofessionell geführt.

Pros: Quiet, beautiful location right next to the sea, 5 min walk to the store and bars Outdoor sitting area is great, with a beautiful bar and few fridges On site host Antonia was very kind and responsive House was clean, new and it has a beautiful garden in front Cons: The outdoor kitchen availability is misleading. There are 2 similar houses next to each other and the outdoor kitchen belongs to the other house. It was meant as the guest would be able to switch bar usage and outdoor kitchen, but you need to have really good neighbors in the next door house otherwise it feels like you’re trespassing Outdoor grill is also located on the property of the house next to this one, but it feels less invasive to use it since it’s a bit distanced from their outdoor sitting area I thought there was only one house and few hours after I booked it, I noticed there is another house next to it that looked the same. I originally wanted to book the other one with the outdoor kitchen, so I contacted NOVASOL if they can switch my reservation to the other house (it was just a few hours after booking, the other house was still available and the price was the same), they replied that they can’t help me with rebooking since we are arriving in 19 days :( NOVASOL generic responses Even though there are few cons I would still very much recommend staying at this house, but be aware there are 2 houses in the booking that look the same. One has a beautiful garden and the bar that the other one doesn’t have and the other one has an outdoor kitchen.
