House exactly as advertised, good private parking for two to three cars. Two bathrooms makes life easier. Kitchen is quite small but cooking breakfast was convenient as everything is within reach. Central heating is very good. As we there over Christmas a Christmas tree or simple decorations would have made it more welcoming.

Just come back from my stay and I felt right at home there! You can tell that Robert takes pride in ensuring that his guests receive the best experience possible; ensuring his guests have everything you’d possibly need such as an iron and board, hair dryer and an abundance of towels, some tea and coffee packs ready and plenty of kitchenware which is a plus as I always find that there is a shortage most times in other accommodations. Comfy, clean bedding and plenty of wardrobe room. Not to mention the living room was very cosy and plenty to watch to keep you entertained there. All in all the best experience and if I were to go to this part of the country again, I will definitely be booking with Robert!

We had a very nice stay at this place and we recommend it. Most importantly, the house is as written in the description and seen in the pictures. In the top floor, it features three extraordinary bedrooms with two baths. It is ample enough for 5 people, with large windows, very clean and in excellent state. Beds are confortable, the place is quiet and calm, so sleep quality is very good. In the low floor, there is a kitchen equipped with all the basic appliances and a cozy living room. Unfortunately for us, the living room did not feature a table to eat. Also, some utensils were lacking in the kitchen. The value of the place would greatly improve with these minor improvements amended (we have written a list to the host).

Place was spotlessly clean throughout, The beds were comfortable, the 2 spacious double seater sofas were comfortable, The place was as described. The location is great, quiet area but minutes from amenities and main through roads. There's a large Tesco, McDonalds, & Aldi less than 2 minutes drive away. There was a problem with one of the showers but this was communicated before arrival, there are a few minor things missing in the kitchen but as we were one of the first to stay, I'm sure this will change. Overall pleasant stay and would book again
