Is it possible to give 10 stars?! Absolutely beautiful cottage with all the amenities we needed and more, and spotlessly clean! This was the best accommodation we could have asked for, so much so we wanted to stay another night! My son even asked if we could live there! Sally's hosting skills were on another level, she was so attentive and went the extra mile, putting up banners and displaying a big birthday balloon for our little girl who had just turned 2. It was such a lovely surprise for when we got in the door. She sent a really informative email before arrival, and contacted us on the day and after checking in to make sure we were OK and had everything we need. We truly felt looked after and she really was hostess with the mostest. Thank you again Sally and we will most certainly make a return visit in the future :)

We had a lovely few days at Sallys beautiful cottage. Perfect location for Alton towers. Especially liked the history of the place. Really liked the personalised touches by the host. Made to feel v welcome. Was impeccably clean & tidy and smelt lovely. Would highly recommend 😊

An absolute gem 🌟 We had such a lovely stay in Sally’s beautiful cottage. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and exactly as described in the listing. As hosts go Sally has been one of the best! So friendly, helpful and attentive. A perfect place to stay if visiting Alton Towers, although so many other local things to do which made us wish we had booked another night. Thanks so much Sally for having us and for setting the bar host wise! Xx

Simply outstanding!! Sally could not have been more helpful and kind with providing info about the property and local area and was very quick to respond when we checked in and had a couple of questions and she literally went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The cottage itself was immaculate and spotless, had everything you needed and as a family of 4 it just gave us so much more space than a hotel room ever would. Mattresses were also very comfy! We will definitely be booking to come back.

The property is located at the end of a high street - close to shops, restaurants & pubs. Inside the property has been really well refurbished whilst also maintaining its connection to its history. The decor was really tasteful with some really nice unexpected extra touches - book if you want find out more!
