Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Annpurnaji was easily reachable by phone. Although we didn't have the chance to meet her in person, she was exceptionally polite and friendly during our conversations. Upon check-in, we noticed that the cleaning hadn't been fully completed due to the previous guest's late checkout. However, it was promptly taken care of within half an hour. The location is excellent, the house is spacious and attractive, and the terrace is particularly lovely. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future

The place can be hard to locate given the host didn’t pickup the calls. We had to ring bells of multiple house in the vicinity to identify the building. Place had a noticeable smell and was dusty. Could have had more supplies and the caretaker kept on disturbing again and again for irrelevant things. Was overall an average stay with a centrally located neighbourhood

My family and I stayed at Madhav Niwas recently. Secure unit with a 24-hour guard; good location, shops nearby; good beds, living/ dining areas Washing machine on the roof, but we hand washed clothes; bought new clothes pegs and hangers. Closets in each bedroom have shelves but no place to hang long items like dresses; more bedsheets are needed for nights when quilts not needed. Hot water runs out during shower. The fridge is very old and turns off due to fragile connection with the socket and the toaster is tricky. Traffic noise and barking dogs at night can be annoying. Should get written instructions re cleaning, garbage collection as people showed up at the door unexpectedly. Overall: This can be a 5-star with: new fridge, new toaster, cutlery, crockery, new tea-towels and uniform bright lighting. A nice place to stay; roomy like a house. We did not meet with the hostess, but communicated with her by phone and she was eager to make our stay comfortable. Will be happy to stay again

It was a very beautiful accommodation. Cost performance is high if you are staying with a large number of people.
