• Located on the outskirts of the city centre. • Situated in the immediate vicinity of the Midsummer Common. • Accommodating 3 guests with a double bed and a single sofa bed. • The modern kitchen features an oven, microwave, and all the necessary cutlery and utensils. • There is a washing machine and dryer available to use in the communal area. • On-site parking is unfortunately unavailable, but you can park your car on the single yellow line on Napier Street for free from 5 pm to 9 am. • The studio is spacious and designed to offer a warm and relaxing ambience with plenty of light. • The living area is clean and simplistic, consisting of a large room with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. • The property is not wheelchair accessible. • There is a bus stop directly outside the front door. • Please note that unit number 8 has a shower, and units 3 and 10 feature a bath.

Nous avons été confrontés à un problème d'accès au logement (pas entièrement de la faute du propriétaire et suite à une inversion de clés dans la safe box). Nous avons finalement séjourné dans un autre logement proposé à un autre endroit de la ville et après de longs échanges téléphoniques, logement plus petit et sans eau chaude qui n'a pas été résolu avant notre départ. La qualité du logement n'est pas au standard d'un logement de tourisme, plutôt défraichi, et parmi un ensemble d'appartements géré par la même société car à noter qu'il s'agit de locations via AirBnB par un professionnel
