Id recommend this place was everything it said it was. It is a little sketch in the hallway but the room is fine itself. It was a great stay and definitely worth it for those who are traveling for business. The place is super quiet and peaceful. The room had an iron which was great for my work shirts.

Ok spot. I'd give it 3.8 out 5 stars. Clean and very basic. Bed was decent. Couch was uncomfortable as was the table. Lighting was pretty rough, needs lamps. Looks like the floors are being redone in the stairwell? Street parking was easy enough. Is up 2 short flights of stairs. AC works. Duct tape on windows is a bit janky. In short, the place is totally clean and fine and the location is OK...it's not close to a bunch of restaurants, but there are some options near there. I think a bit more comfortable furniture and better lighting would make it significantly nicer and find a better way to seal the windows than duct tape.

We had a few reservations on the stairs when we came in but the studio was clean and as described. It worked out great for our weekend.
