Nice, clean space, kitchen had good amount of nice dishes, utensils. Nice spacious bathrooms. Quite disappointed that the condo was advertised as having a hot tub (it’s even in the headline), but this was not available. It was clear in the description that the pool is only open Memorial Day to Labor Day, but that is also the same availability for the hot tub, which wasn’t clear. The hot tub was a big reason we booked this place. It was explained that this is up to the HOA and not Vacasa. However, they shouldn’t highlight this if it’s only available 3-4 months out of the year. The pics also showed a large couch that seemed to offer comfy seating for 7-8 people. This has been changed to a much smaller couch and 2 recliners. Comfy, but not enough space for all of us in the only hang out space. We also would have appreciated more detailed instructions for working the fireplace. Otherwise nice space but a few disappointments.

A fairly massive 3br+loft condo near Kings Beach and North Star. If you’re not going to ski in/out this is the next best thing. We didn’t use the hot tub and pool because they’re too far from the unit. Run by a professional management company so they’re pretty reliable.

Fysa, the furniture has been changed since the photos were taken. There is no massage chair but most of the rest functions the same as the photos. There is not a keurig (so don’t buy keurig pods for 7 people for the duration of your stay) but there is a coffee pot. The pool is closed in the winter, as stated in the discription but so is the hot tub which is not detailed in the listing. I couldn’t find the saina but maybe it does exist. Also the fitness center consists of 3 cardio machines. So don’t stay here for the amenities. It’s a nice enough house though, worked well for our group but the lack of some amenities was disappointing.

Lovely stay for our family of 6 and our in laws. So 8 total people fit comfortably! We had a tiny bit of trouble finding the unit but eventually got it. Very convenient this unit has baby gates for the two stair wells and ample fans since there is no AC. Kitchen was fully stocked with tools. Vacasa was super fast to respond to a faulty dishwasher which we appreciated. Not sure there is an actual hot tub tho as what appeared to be a hot tub (small 1.5ft deep pool near the large pool) was ice cold and not jetted? Not a big deal tho. Gym, sauna and large pool were very nice and clean. There was also a little creek between the pool house and the tennis courts that our young kids really loved playing in. Very close to the beach. Felt quiet and peaceful during the day. Bed in downstairs large room was suuuuuper firm so if that’s a problem for you, bring a mattress pad. Lots of extra linens and towels! Loved staying here and will definitely try to come back.
