This is the fisrt bad review I have wHorrible management. Right after booking I received a message that the pool and hot tub were unusable (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT). They would not refund me. Instead they promised they would fix it by check in (one month). I checked in several times and was assured it would be fix. Nope- freezing cold hot tub when we got there. Vacasa did not send someone out to fix it despite saying they would once I called in. They gave us the wrong key code. I was on hold 45 minutes in the rain before someone picked up on the "24 hour hot-line." The person on the phone promised me they would connect me with their manager which of course they never did. u n h e l p f u l at best

Overall great experience. However, little to no instructions on how to operate anything in the house. Pool extremely cold, on the last day we were informed that we could’ve called to change the temperature. Outdoor furniture was broken (two chairs and fire pit inoperable), missing curtains on windows - bedroom above barn has no curtains on doors and you can see directly to bed — a little freaky to be staying there. Little things missing or broken like no batteries in remotes, curtains off hooks in bedrooms, upstairs tvs didn’t work. Overall good experience but was expecting better.

We had a great time at this lovely house, despite some of the limitations of the house. Generally, a nice rental, but caution that the “bedroom” in the party barn has no heat or running water/bathroom, so isn’t very usable for a family stay.
