Home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Very clean, well appointed, and many rooms to gather in. Will definitely look to stay here again:)

Unfortunately, I don't have a perfect review to write about our stay. In general, the house was lovely, the location was great, and we had a wonderful weekend. That being said, the dishwasher was broken for my entire trip, and Vacasa was not very responsive or helpful in getting this appliance, which I consider essential for an Airbnb, fixed in the least. I was traveling with two families, and we did a lot of cooking. I would have much preferred to be relaxing, skiing, or enjoying Tahoe than washing a bunch of dishes. We contacted Vacasa a variety of times over the weekend to ask for help, and while they were pleasant in their responses, they did not actually do anything to address the issue. Lastly, I feel like the propertly is engaging in false advertising with the phrase "hot tub" in the title. The hot tub is not on premise (or at least, we never found it). I believe it's at a resort about 10 minutes away in which you have limited access to with some key cards they provide.

*The house is great, really spacious and charming. *The kitchen is well equipped *The heat was off when we arrived and the house took hours to heat up during the winter months, so we spent the first night in ski clothes. *Futon was broken *Dishwasher didn't drain and flooded the floors *Should be noted that accessing the hot tub and sauna amenities requires paying $20 per person *Vacasa stopped responding to my texts when I mentioned I would like a partial refund. They fought me tooth and nail until Airbnb forced them to issue a partial refund.

This was an excellent spot for our group ski trip. It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well-decorated - we felt right at home. The place was also well-equipped with kitchenware, entertainment, and other amenities. We had a great time.

This spot turned out perfect for our family snow trip! Plenty of room for the kids to move about and overall everything was in good working condition. The dishwasher was the only problem we had as it was leaking / didn’t work. We reported it and got a quick response. We didn’t ask for it to be fixed, we ended up just not using it during our stay. The mud room was a great space where we could keep all of our boots and snow gear. I like their policy for shoes off inside(felt just like home :)
